I embrace the fact that no one ever has ever or will ever love me like God loves me! His is an everlasting love that is faithful and true. He will never leave me nor forsake me. He seeks my good in all situations, and I have enormous privileges because of the relationship that we have.

I am so grateful that God, the Creator of the universe, loved me long before I loved Him. In fact, He loved me while I was still living selfishly, not caring at all about Him or His hopes, dreams, or desires. He loved me so much that He sent His dear Son Jesus into the world to give His life for me, that I could be reconciled and restored to the depth of relationship He always desired for me to have with Him.

Now that I have found my greatest treasure, I cannot imagine doing anything apart from Him. I desire to live every moment for Him, walking hand-in-hand, side-by-side, in every adventure of life. Indeed, my only freedom from my old taskmaster flesh comes when I live my life for Him. This is how I grow into the new creation that He has made me!

His love is so great that He wants to rescue more people and draw them into the same kind of intimacy that I experience now. Because of His great love for them, which He has also put in my heart, I respond enthusiastically to His call for me to be one of his ministers of reconciliation, proclaiming in word and deed the message of reconciliation.
